Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (frozen)
  • 1-2 tbsp all natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp muscle protein superfood mix (brand: Your Super)
  • 2 tbsp old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tsp forever beautiful superfood mix (brand: Your Super)
  • 1 cup plant based milk (I used Quaker Oats Vanilla Oat Milk)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and mix. until smooth.
